To use the workflow you need to prepare it for usage. Note that you only saved the design of the workflow. When you have finished adding and configuring each activity, click Workflow Designer: Click to save your workflow to save the new orkflow.You can find an explanation of all possible properties per activity in the List of workflow activities. Some examples of properties are: which mapping to use, to what document type the documents needs to be translated, where to put a copy of the document. The properties you are able to configure depend on the type of activity. When you dropped an activity in the Sequential Workflow pane and you selected the activity, you may configure the properties for each activity in the lower right-hand corner.Drag the activities you need to their appropriate location between the green and red icons.Īn example of a workflow is placing a Send activity after an ETCTranslation activity: this will translate a document and then send it. In the Sequential Workflow pane you can find the beginning and the end of a workflow: the green icon is the start of a workflow, and the red icon is the ending of it.
